Meet Our Agents of Change! - International Day of the Girl Child

Dramatic Need - Agents of Change: Malehlohonolo, Itumeleng, Precious, Mampho, Karabo, Moleboheng, Mantwa and Moleboheng

Today on the 11th of October we celebrate International Day of the Girl Child. Meet Malehlohonolo, Itumeleng, Precious, Mampho, Karabo, Moleboheng, Mantwa and Moleboheng who attend our daily afternoon programme at Dramatic Need in Rammulotsi. Here we aim to support these girls to make strong life choices and to talk more openly about their experiences and challenges that they are faced with daily. International day of the girl child, reminds us that these girls are “powerful agents of change" as UN Secretary-General António Guterres states "We need to uphold the equal rights, voices and influence of girls in our families, communities and nations”. Let’s celebrate and support these girls in whatever they choose to do.
